Yeah, there's no fat on him he's just got a big frame. I've seen a few others with his build but most of them are pretty slight in comparison.

I had two similar encounters with a mentalist near me. First time his dog was going crazy on the other side of a gate, Jackson was nice and calm as always. Once he'd finally got his on its lead I went through the gate to overhear him saying to his friend that mine should be the one on a lead.

The same thing happened a few months later after his Collie had tried to attack Jackson, only this time he walked off informing his dog that Jacks was the one out of control..!

Luckily I haven't seen him in years, but it really makes you wonder what goes on in some people's heads.

With Jackson being around 11 now I'm used to having an easy life! Thing is though I want to get another rescue before Jack's much older otherwise he may find having a young dog around a bit annoying when all he wants to do is chill. Yeah, my friend's got a Springer x Lab of about 15 months and she goes away for long weekends quite a lot so I was planning on borrowing Tess at some point. Might start doing it sooner rather than later though...

Lovely. Reminds me a little of a PHer's Cocker, can't remember his name though. She's a honey coloured one with amazingly long eyelashes, he used to post pics in here quite often?
