looking for the best place to book a holiday in las vegas problem being a solo traveler i dont want to get stung with surcharges. would it be better to book flights and hotels seperate

The hotel prices vary massively from week to week depending on what conferences are taking place, so shopping around.

Hotel prices are also significantly higher on Fridays and Saturdays, so depending on how long you want to go for you could take that into consideration.

I would definitely book your flight and room separately, generally the room prices are as stated, rather than per person.

Also be aware that some hotels apply a resort fee of around $20 per night.
