£350 for a winter weekend away in Europe?

Where can i go for a 2 night weekend away in Europe that will cost less than £350 all in? Photography is my main travel interest, so bare that in mind! I'd quite like to combine it with seeing a winter sports event if i can.

I'm going to Barcelona 18-21st December. 3 nights and 4 days. Has cost £300 for 2 people, for return flights and accommodation at a really nice hotel (trip advisor 30th in Barcelona). Easyjet and laterooms.com. I would look where companies fly to and go from there if you're on a budget.
