Wroclaw, Poland - anyone been?
Discussion
I was there two or three years ago for a Stag weekend.
Not much of a city to look at (Think 60's style communist concrete jungle), although the main square is nice with good restaurants/pubs and nightclubs nearby. In general it has all you want for a lads weekend away, including the obligatory lapdancing clubs.
Our group pre booked a guide and go karting (Google Wroclaw and stag parties and it should throw up some contact details, including options for gun ranges and other stuff). It was relatively cheap, and with the cost of food and beer being what it is over there, it's not that expensive a weekend away.
The karting was a good laugh, although H & S is nowhere to be seen, i.e 12 pissed guys nailing it through a polish type B & Q car park being cheered on by some local homeless people who are more than happy to finish the dreggs of your discarded beer cans. But it was fun.
To sum up, I wouldn't take the wife there on a romantic trip, but for a lads weekend away, it's ideal.

its 4hrs from krakow on the train, on which you get your own old-school cabin and can take as much booze/food on board as you please. that's about as helpful as i can be, sorry.
flew into there and went straight to krakow. we had a day/night there on the way back and it wasn't much to write home about. bars/clubs had an edgier feel to them, locals weren't as welcoming as krakow.

I'm Polish but unfortunatley have never had reason to visit Wroclaw.
However, it's not a city renowned for its tourist attractions, unlike Krakow or Warsaw. Is there a specific reason why it was chosen for the stage do over the latter two?
