Majorca - quality, adult only hotel?
Discussion
I just came back from Alcudia and the only 18+ hotel there was the Vanity Hotel Golf - not sure why there is golf in the name though as there isn't a course in sight.
It doesn't look much from the outside but the inside and the rooms are pretty cool and some of the rooms have a hot-tub oh and its right on the beach and close to the centre.

Hi,
looking for recommendations on a quality, adult only hotel in Majorca (after a bit of pampering and tranquility!)
up to £300/night
Any ideas folks?
Thanks
Hi stayed at Hotel Vanity Golf a couple of years or so back (ash cloud time) we had booked a roof top terrace room for a few days- which have a hot tub and was fine. We moved to another room because of flight delay due to ash cloud. This was a side room without a direct sea view and was very noisy from road traffic and staff moving about early morning and late at night (we moved out to the hotel at the marina due to the noise). Food in the hotel was ok nothing special.looking for recommendations on a quality, adult only hotel in Majorca (after a bit of pampering and tranquility!)

Chris - the reviews mention "Adult only areas" - did you find kids to be a problem at all? (and do you have kids yourself as I appreciate this skews your perception a little)
Looking for serious tranquility here, but must admit the hotel looks pretty good!
I've got to say that I've not visited post refurb, but the location is beautiful - right on the bay, with sea views etc. Looking for serious tranquility here, but must admit the hotel looks pretty good!
I've got a kid, but appreciate a "peace & quiet" grown up break, and this place is top of my list when that happens ;-)
Hope that helps
Chris
You could have a look at this place, just outside Sóller. It called Ca N'Aí. (Pronounced Can Aye ee). The only downside is that the beaches in Port de Sóller are not too good - it didn't bother us much as we had access to a boat, but it is pretty. And the road up the local mountain (Puig Mayor) is Stelvio with knobs on.
I've never stayed at Ca N'Aí, - but I have eaten there. It is a bit posh, but rural at the same time.

Jardin del sol in Santa Ponsa,no guests under 14 allowed, the suite type rooms have a jacuzzi, walk in power shower, seperate bedroom with fitted wardrobes etc and the rooms overlook the bay.
Cracking hotel, great pool and the food was good also.....although it's been 6 years since I was there so it may have changed.
