Weeks break in South England/South Wales.

Want to get away for a week (next week) for a relaxing break, need a house/chalet to rent with scenary, local walks, that sort of thing. Must be dog friendly.
G/F found a tasty house in Anglesy but its a 6 hr drive from W Sussex and I really don't fancy it.

Can anybody recommened any places to go ?

You'd need to go Gower or Tenby in South Wales so still a fair old trek. Brecon and Mid wales is nearer but more prone to inclement weather...or I should say even more prone to inclement weather.

We go to Bluestone every spring and it's lovely, should tick all the boxes for you, but I'm not sure on the dog thing, I'm sure I've seen people with dog there, but I'm not sure.
