Things to do in Gran Canaria

I'm currently in Gran Canaria with a big group and am looking to hire a motorbike/quad to go and explore the island in the morning, just the two of us...

Does anybody have any recommendations for things to see/do?

We are a couple in our early/mid 20's

get a car instead of a bike, drivers are bad out there, try Mogan a nice fishing village there are the dunes in Maspalomas too
