From Knobdom to the ****toshphere: advice before leaving
Discussion
Dear chaps,
I'm soon leaving the knobdom of E93 M3 ownership and ascending to the tttosphere with a Continental GT.
Before I go there's a european roadtrip in the pipeline with my brother who's also a bit of an old goose.
Could anyone with some experience of these things review the itinerary and advise towards improvements to make it more car oriented? General abuse, including personal, will help liven things up.
Currently the trip in June is:
6th - Spa Francorchamps for the Eurorace
7th - Nürburgring for the Historic
8th - Stuttgart for Porsche Factory tour and Mercedes-Benz museum tour
9th - Munich for BMW factory tour and drive of M4
10th - Maranello for Ferrari museum, Modena for Lamborghini factory
11,12th - Monaco, general cad behaviour
13-14th Le Mans 24
Any ideas for roads to drive, things to do and places not to miss would be much appreciated.

You'll require a lie-down after that little lot! Make sure you allocate a full 1/2 day for both Porsche and MB museums. Lambo needs no more than 2 hours...maybe see if you can get a Factory tour? Maranello...1/2 day again and book lunch at the Cavallino restaurant opposite the Factory gates. It's very evocative...the ghost of Enzo is present.
Monaco?....meh!

Prince Albert's car collection is worth a visit if you can tear yourself away from Jimmy Z's or the Billionaires Club long enough.I'm soon leaving the knobdom of E93 M3 ownership and ascending to the tttosphere with a Continental GT.

On the Munich to Maranello trip you will be passing close to Verona (depending on your route), not too far from there is the Mille Miglia Museum at Brescia.
Not a huge museum and can be done in a couple of hours but I enjoyed the visit, we did it on the way to Milan airport from Lake Garda.
