It's an... interesting place.

Family compound. Museum full of weird art painted by the founder who was from Spain. It's like something out of a Hertzog film. He called himself the Dali of Bali. Town is a known arts centre.

It's worth an hour stop. Blanco museum. Just at tge bridge coming into town. Fascinating monument to his ego.
