Nah not in Bavaria or Frankfurt.
The main wine regions only go as far east as Wurzburg, and there's some small ones up north. I'm looking for somewhere east of Mannheim.
edit: hey why not, lets see if we can keep it going quicker; not my pic, but I can't find one unfortunately, there were too many people around perhaps so I didn't take one.
The aforementioned gate Completed in AD 200.
Also, residents seem to get their fuel in Luxembourg as there's a million petrol stations as soon as you cross the border (seriously, I'm almost not joking ) .

Yeah that's alright. I thought it may be too difficult initially, but Trier is in the Mosel valley wine regio and fairly well known for it's Roman ruins (UNESCO world heritage). Nice place as is Mosel in general, only 4 hrs from Calais.
I know where that is, not going to say how, but I'll leave this for someone else.
