I think that might be the Chris Columbus one that you're thinking of?

Well, it looks like it's nautical God themed and there's a seagull on it so must be near the sea. I'll take a guess at Athens?

£1 to 1p this is one of those "Doh, I've walked past it 1,000 times" ones.

With that in mind, is it a London Bridge or summat?

Not going to G the name. When I were a nipper we went to a truly dire place called Watchet. We went on the train and got stuck there in the rain for four hours before we could get one back. It was stair rods rain all day.

(Watchet might be very nice when it is not raining)

Edit. Watchet was on some tourist steam rail line.

My only thought was Swanage, but I'm fairly sure there isn't a building like that in the background.

Wow didn't know that, was about 10 the last time I was there and I guess the trains would have come across as full sized! haha
