I originally thought Loe Bar near Helston, but I don't think so now (the square building in the background puts me off). Your comment about light made me think of Humphry Davy - so maybe Penzance but I don't recognise it. I assumed a lighthouse would be too obvious but am making an assumption it is on the coast.

It is the what you drive past to get to the car park but from the other side of the road. I assumed many would have been here and clocked the building, it is out of sorts with the area.

I would have sworn it was south coast! I drove past there loads of times in my 25 years in West Cornwall.

Anyway my go I assume!
