It would, however I would bet my house on it.
As for confusing Devon with those folk that can't even make a cream tea proper, don't get me started. laugh

I had to google the county and for some reason Hope Cove, Cornwall came up

If you're ever in the city and have an hour to spare, there are regular tours to the top of the tower. Great views and a chance to see some of the "innards" of the building.
