Long Weekend at the end of May

We are looking to do 4 nights somewhere hot (ish) with nice beaches. We have no kids so we are just looking to relax, eat some nice food, see some nice scenery, do a bit of chilling by the pool etc.

Current ideas:

- Majorca
- Algarve, Portugal
- Croatia

Any recommendations (either from the list above or other ideas)?

Sister went to Croatia last year and loved it.

Sorry can't remember where she went.

Been to Malta a few times and really enjoyed it.
Take a day trip to Gozo.
Valetta is worth a visit or just chill by the pool or visit one of the excellent beaches.
Can be windy but weather at that time of the year will be very nice. Gets very hot later on.
