Another prancing horse in Maranello

At the entrance to the Ferrari factory, as we were told 'cameras off!'

Now on to the Lamborghini Museum and factory, again, no cameras allowed in the latter.

Outside Lamborghini

Lamborghini Cala Concept.

Lamborghini Estoque Concept - I've always loved this - bloody massive, 33" alloys too!

The last made Diablo

Randomly a Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster hung on the wall. No engine, but used as the leather was worn, the splitter had scuffs, and the LCD display was scratched. Who knows, maybe a customer return after an engine blow up or something.

A few randoms. A Huracan airport security car, only in Italy!

And an arty-farty one from the plane on the way home.

So. All in all we both loved it! Amazing food, amazing cars, a tour guide who was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable (Motorstars.it if of interest) and who had worked for both Ferrari F1 and Pagani.

The Italians were extremely friendly, but drove everywhere like they were in dodgems. One thing which we couldn't get our head around was that neither arriving or leaving Bologna airport were we required to show our passports?!

The other thing was that the ladies of Bologna were stunning. My friend at one point asked the guide 'how do you keep your eyes on the road with this lot?' he replied 'it's hard' the response to this was 'yeah, it's not the only thing which is...'

Enjoyed the city enough that we want to return, a really really laid back atmosphere, and beautiful architecture everywhere. Lots of graffiti mind. We didn't get to see Pagani, but when we return we plan to see them and Ducatti. Much recommended!

Thanks from me too.

When i went to Sant Agata last year the Sesto Elemento was parked in a different place to your visit and i had a real problem with

way too much sunlight coming in the window and a huge pillar next to it as well.

A few cars from all 3 venues I've never seen despite multiple visits.

Lamborghini was a great visit, and the factory tour was very interesting. As mentioned earlier, we plan to go back later in the summer, to visit Pagani, Ducatti, to name a few.
