Who's Booked 2018 Summer Holiday

My Wife is off to Croatia butterfly spotting in June, so I decided to book myself a trip too.

Just booked 10 days liveaboard in the Maldives in April - Should be quite nice.

Just the annual family summer holiday back home so far - 2 weeks in Kefalonia for the last 2 weeks in August.

There will be another earlier in the summer but not sure where yet.

I haven't booked yet but it's Sicily in late February, South Africa (Durban and Kruger) in April and possibly the USA later in the year. Summer is spent at home; here in the Algarve, Portugal.

We've booked Sicily for May but a thread on here suggests it's not that great. I'm taking my elderly parents as it's been on their list for years, but a bit sceptical on what to do / see. Judging by the maps, it's a large island meaning that day trips could involve several hours in the hire car. We're staying on the east coast, and day trip plans are underway, but would be good to hear your thoughts on your return.

This could be one of those 'Epic Fail' moments. Plus it will be a tad hot in June.

Two weeks in Pollensa, North Mallorca here. My wife and I travel a huge amount for work all over the world, but simply love it round there. We’ve gone pretty much ever year for the past 12 years and it’s now so relaxing as we know it so well!

The in laws have a house in La Duquesa which makes visiting and sorting things out there easy enough.
