Yes, use them. They are good, great value. Booked a last minute ticket from Boston back to the UK for about £169 this year. Can't beat it for value for money.

As others have said, their business class product isn't really business class, but it's a nice step up from premium economy on BA or Virgin IMO, particularly if you don't have silver/gold status with BA or gold with Virgin.
- Lounge access (but don't expect anything close to the Virgin clubhouse or BA galleries)
- Fast track security
- Priority Boarding

Their 787's are nice planes, pretty decent recline on the seats, reasonably good food served, they're liberal with the drinks, and if you want more you can just order via the screen.

At the price compared to BA/Virgin it's often a no-brainer, and even at the same price it's better value for money unless you are chasing tier points.
