Sorry, no idea on that - I only know it (and New Caledonia, also mentioned) as up-and-coming bonefishing destinations

...in fact I'd give my eye teeth to have a wander around that lagoon for a look-see

In the absence of any further guesses you can take it BB.

It's Aitutaki, looking sort-of south from the point of the 'hook' of the main island just below the airport. Out of sight, through the gap above the kayaks, are One Foot Island (named for the height of its biggest peak ) and the island where Survivor was filmed (if you're old enough to remember and care).


...and it's quite possibly the most perfect place I've ever been...
