I've seen that when I've been down at my folk's place in the Charente, but I can't remember where exactly.
Not Saintes, Cognac, La Rochelle or Rochefort I don't think. Process of elimination suggests perhaps Angouleme or maybe Niort as other larger towns/cities I've visited when round that way?

Yes it’s Angouleme. I was there for the circuit des remparts in September nI've seen that when I've been down at my folk's place in the Charente, but I can't remember where exactly.
