Think we might need that clue. But the stone is quite resemblant of the Bristol, avon and somerset area.
I think we're pretty close to Bristol, based on the stone. The houses, however, resemble Forest of Dean.
This one is so familiar though. It's going to needle me.
The stone is far too bristolian to ignore. So Bristol, somewhere.....

The viaduct officially closed in 1968 after a huge flood damaged it and surrounding buildings and further afield, it is now a grade 2 listed building
