Valet Parking Gatwick South
Discussion
I am looking for recommendations for valet parking at Gatwick. I read horror stories of customers returning to damaged cars, punctures, lots of miles on the clock etc so needing some reassurance before booking. Searching here shows nothing for a couple of years - so any recent experiences? Thanks

Just use the official airport valet parking - I have used them several times at Gatwick and not had any issues at all.
Same with me, I've used both South and North many times and will use South again in March, very good service. It's so convenient, hand your car over and walk into the terminal. On arrival the car is waiting for you.
Just make sure you book through the official Gatwick Airport site.

Sorry this isn’t really what you’re looking for but personally I’d just save the stress and go in the short stay or premium short stay on the bottom floor. Have used the valet parking there and it just didn’t seem worth it to me
The valet parking is usually cheaper! Go figure! Just checked a week there from tomorrow & 76quid for valet, 111 short stay & 211 premium short stay.I usually use this official stuff too it's pretty decent value to be frank, compared to messing around with other operators.

The reason the valet parking is cheaper is because they normally do a bit of mini-cabbing in your car.I usually use this official stuff too it's pretty decent value to be frank, compared to messing around with other operators.

If you are worried used the offical Gatwick long stay, park it yourself and take the keys with you. It's only a few minutes on the bus to the terminal.
This... I cannot imagine doing anything else. I drop my other half off at the hilton with the bags and she has a cuppa while I drop off the car at the long stay. Same on the way back. Saves lugging the bags on and off the bus... Beggarall said:

Used VP North last week - all fine (although signage for the where it's located could be better); car came back as left & they accommodated me having got my reg number wrong on the original booking without fuss. Cost (£72) split between three of us. Edited by Beggarall on Sunday 26th January 18:30
