Let me know what you think please, quite tempted by one myself, as in the market for a decent weekend/work away bag myself.
S.
I like it. It's well made, using good materials. Looks good too. Not sure yet if it's going to fit in the boot of my car when full, but that's down to my car and not the bag.S.
I think they've hit the right note between decent and reasonably priced - I just wish that the brand name didn't make me out to be a wannabe hipster.
I've got one from this place: https://www.scaramangashop.co.uk/mens-leather-satc...
I can't show you the exact one as it's gone out of production but mine is constantly used and abused for business trips and is still in great condition - it's tough as old boots.

I am so glad I found this thread which I wasn't really expecting to find when I popped into the holiday section for something else. But I'd been considering I needed a new bag and based on this recommendation I have bought one, good price and replaces an old "Jeep" rucksack that I've had for years from TK Max which isn't really that smart. My wife bought me a Tusting weekender bag a couple of years ago. Might be the kind of thing you are looking for?

Ha! the guy at the next desk has one I'd never hear the end of it thanks though https://www.tusting.co.uk/product/weekender/
Bumping an old thread - now in need of a new weekend bag after the 50p-from-the-staff-shop Boss parfums bag has seen better days and wondered if anyone had come across anything worth looking at.
Had a good look through this and other threads, currently like the Forbes & Lewis Somerset holdall:

Ordered one from TK Maxx, as it's 'cheap' to look at:

Also like this Fox Archer bag:

Looked at similar in M&S, but they were a bit smaller than I was after.

I have a cabin bag sized suitcase, a rucksack and a briefcase, but I'd really like a smart overnight shoulder bag type of thing that will hold a change of socks and underwear or two and a clean shirt and maybe a pair of jeans or trousers, wash kit and space for some papers and a notebook for work travel or a weekend in a city, any suggestions please? I don't need to carry a laptop maybe an ipad now and again.
I got a really good leather one from Lakeland around 4 years ago. Can fit a lot in and its still looking brand new. well worth it.I got one of these, partly because it's inexpensive, and partly because it has separate storage for shoes. Looks reasonably smart too.
