Close enough it is the Foundation Louis Vuitton it is a modern art gallery. The building is by Frank Gehry and is worth a visit even if you are not into modern art.

It is in the Bois de Boulonge. The city of Paris is defined as inside the peripherique. It does include the Bois de Boulonge which reaches outside the peripherique.
