Another vote for Iceland - isn't that where we had all those problems with an ash cloud ?

That reminds me of a place in New Zealand where mining had destroyed all the trees and bushes. I can't remember the actual name of the town but I do remember somebody had written MORDOR over it on the sign.

None of the above places, Lanzarote is the closest.

I can confirm it is volcanic and since my picture was taken 5 years ago more activity has happened since.

That's just headed further away. Lanzarote isn't that close to this.

Aye, we have a winner!

I will be honest, it's not the best of shots but I thought the landscape was so cool up there, what I imagine Mars to be like!

Yep, that’s it.

I’d ridden up Telegraph Valley, down the Ranger path and back up over into Llanberis.

Thought I’d take a loop of the lake in thing it would be flat, but alas no, 800ft of climbing in 8 or so miles….. laugh

Over to you.

Ouch! We walked round carrying climbing gear for the crag at the bottom but the kids were too knackered to consider it. hehe

I'm at work, do you want to go again?

That's the lighthouse on the Home and away titles, I've been to the beaches but for the life of me I can't remember the name, except for Summer Bay smile
