I’ve used the same, single code on 4 passenger locator forms, including both my parents forms.

It’s a massive con/swindle.
My ‘’friend’’ might be doing the same this week smile

Disgraceful behaviour! I am sure some one, maybe a doctor, will be on here soon to tell you that you are despicable individuals and killing his granny.

Tests still around for £19.99 each, 24 hour turn around.
Who with? All the cheap PCR day 2 tests I have seen are quoting 48 hours from receipt.

We got 10 days in Tenerief from December 4th
We both double jabbed.
So on that front, we are good to enter Spain.
We both still need the going out PLF, and then returning PLF, which needs a "2 day" code" putting on the UK bound PLF.
Apart from that we now need to sort the "2 day test" for the day we arrive back,
We quite lucky to arrive back in UK around 15:00h, so still time to get the test done that day, adn get results following day at latest.
Because, now need to self isolate until the "Negative" result is received.
Tests still around for £19.99 each, 24 hour turn around.
No chance you’ll get those back in 24hrs. Put the code on the PLF, get home and crack on. They won’t and don’t follow this up. It’s all a charade
I know this,
You know this
£19.99 was the cheapest I could find, that gave me a code for putting onto the UK bound PLF

Just be aware that many never receive back the result from these private tests. In my experience 30-40% of the time passengers aren’t hearing back at all and agree they are paying more for a reference number for the PLF than you are a test.
If it costs £19.99 for a code for the UK PLF, then so be it.
Who cares if its ever followed up.

A "friend" of mine went away 4 times during the PCR test required period and each time entered the code from the first time he bought a PCR test (which he never got round to using) without any problems on return.

Just saying.
Your friend, must know my friend ?

My friend actually did his day 2 test (even stuck it up his nose I am told) as did his wife - hers came back in 2 days, his took 5 days to come back.

Their website says £50 + £5 p&p for day 2 PCR tests?

My ‘’friend’’ says arriving in the UK tonight no one even asked for a PLF form never mind the PCR code, that may have been reused thumbup

Not been asked for the PLF anytime entering the UK, but it has been checked before boarding the plane. The test code can be virtually anything as there is no check and no link to the testers systems. They don’t know you have ordered a test, received a test or taken a test

How many COP attendees do you think completed a PLF or test of any kind? 100% hypocrisy and BS. Follow the example of our leaders and government I say.

May be I’ll tell the story sometime of why I have Test&Trace telephone number (travel related) blocked on my phone and the zero consequences of doing so.

My “friend” also had the same experience despite being the last flight to arrive with very few passengers in the queue.

If he has, he has even more right to ignore them.

I played a little game the other week called transit exemption. Try it it’s fun…

Maybe the UKBF have your PLF details against your passport..... they then would not need to check it physically. Try not completing one then using the e-gates. See if they let you through, then when you go to see the man in the cubicle see if he lets you through.

There are perfectly legitimate reasons why a day 2 test code may be used multiple times as well. I'm back in 2 weeks, not going to be in UK long enough to require a day 2 test, but need to book one. I will reuse the code when I return 18 days later when I'm also not in the UK long enough to need a test. Rinse & repeat.
