What’s the London underground like at the mo?

TfL rail or Greater Anglia from Stratford to Liverpool St (1 stop, 7 minutes). Met/H&C/Circle line (anyone will do, jump on the first to arrive - they all go to Kings X) to Kings Cross (4 stops, about 10 mins) and walk from there to GOSH (about a 10-15 minute quite pleasant walk).

Bigger trains with walk through carriages and aircon and will be a lot less busy than the Central Line.
