You're right, it's Whitby , Trillo's Ice cream van/land rover. I may be wrong, but I think the same land rover is still there on a regular basis. It's bad enough trying to keep one from dissolving on normal roads, God alone knows how they do it there with all that salt. That picture was from around year 2000.
