Morocco, Agadir and Marakech late September

In short - suggestions for must sees or fun things you've done? Have 4 days in Agadir and 3 days in Marrakech at the end of September.

Looking around here, the internet in general and the touristy books there seem to be about a billion things to do in each location - having difficulty in deciding what's essential! Don't mind a bit of moving around but not going to go trawling across the whole country.

Any previous visitors able to suggest a few bits?

we go agadir every other year love it always stay at the riu tikkida dunas hotel, loads to do but book with the tour operator

camel riding
quads in the mountains
surfing
4x4
visit to tout/tarradant

plus the beach is superb

We're goin to Marrakech and Essouria in early October, can't really help much with ideas as have never been, but we've booked quad-biking, and a "watch the sunrise over Marrackech" hot air ballooning thingummy through our travel company. And weirdly a Moroccan cookery thing in Essouira which is out of character for us but might be fun !!
