I'm going in April and just wanted to check this is the correct website to do this new electronic visa thing

https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html?_flowExecu...

Also I heard you will have to pay £10 each person from Jan 2010 so can I do this now for my holiday next year.

many thanks in advance

As long as its not a third party website charging you, thats the one thumbup

Make notes on addresses etc, as when I changed hotels between the ESTA and the hardc opy on the plane, I got queried on it.

As regards the $10 fee, rolleyes. Please tell me we are going to charge €10 to admit the Yanks to the EU too. Once per fricking border.

www.usembassy.gov and go from there. That directs you to the correct place so I'd just double check. You shouldn't pay a fee, but there are plenty of con artists out there with websites to convince you otherwise.
