This is since 2013, and only with BA. Nice way of visualising it though.

Emirates, Etihad, SAS and Virgin Atlantic account for a few more, especially in the Middle East.

Probably up to 30-35 countries in total now.

UK is made up of a number of countries, a lot of people I know have never been to Scotland or NI.

Using the rules of minimum 24 hours and counting UK as one country (as per the UN member states), I'm at 41 countries. And this year we've got trips to Ireland, Cambodia and China for the first time!

Sorry, I should have been more specific: they are listing one of the home nations as a place they have visited when it is where they live. At the risk of going down the path to insanity, how is "country" defined for this thread? I don't need to go through Customs or Passport Control to get into Wales or Scotland, yet both have their own rugby teams. I do (for reasons of practicality (id for the ferry or plane) need a passport to get into NI. NI doesn't have its own rugby team. Come the Olympics, the team is GB & NI. Gibraltar voted in the EU referendum.

I may need to have a lie down.

It is a messy situation, probably set to get messier next year.

I'm just thinking about non UK residents who may have been to London only, I'm sure the Scottish wouldn't be impressed if they counted that as visiting the whole UK hehe

There'll be a variety of non-standard situations. I'm probably not unusual - I've been British since birth, but was born outside the UK and was not resident here until age 10. I did however visit regularly before taking up residence here.

That’s not true. According to the state department there are 136m passports in circulation. That worked out as 36% of Americans, that figure is rising rapidly so it will likely be around 40% give or take a couple of percentage points.
