Camping - The Netherlands

Dear All,

Has anyone any tips of any good campsites in the Netherlands? I will be going for 7 days at the end of April. Ive been camping through France / Germany / Italy and Portugal but have become drawn to the Netherlands. Ive been to Amsterdam for the weekend before and thought it was a great city!

Ive spotted Camping Zeeburg near Amsterdam and looks like it will be a good base anybody been or have any recomendations??

I'll be watching this thread, I'm moving to newcastle in a week or so and there is a ferry to amsterdam, so this may be our summer vacation. incidentally, the dutch morgan owners club is arranging a bash in the netherlands the week before the le man classic and then driving to that event - i am sure I read somewhere they are expecting 400 morgans to the first bit in netherlands, no idea how many are travelling to le mans, I just need to convince 'er indoors that this would be a good opportunity to do a road trip!

Well i'l be going to Dunkirk and then through Belgium, looking at £60 return now from Dover which is too good to miss. Im lucky my better half doesnt mind road trips.
