Things that annoy you beyond reason...? [Vol 2]
Discussion
Other drivers annoy me.
Specifically the ones behind me at T junctions where I'm turning left.
They sit there for ever, waiting for me to join the traffic.
They tap their hands on the steering wheel, they gesticulate and mouth obscenities.
Don't they realise that my car has so little engine power, that I need a following wind, and a significant slope before I can accelerate to 30mph in less than about three miles?

You weren't facing me and a queue of cars at a mini roundabout in Newbury last night, were you?Specifically the ones behind me at T junctions where I'm turning left.

(I'm looking forward to some direct personal abuse on your reply to this rather than a snide reference - it's your MO after all.
The moderators would't allow me to say what I think of you.My MO is to post about the things that annoy me, yours is to continually and persistently take issue with stuff other people post, especially me. That time you laid off me for a few days was quite pleasant, but now we are back to the same old same old. I'm not going to let you drive me off this thread.

Your MO is unacceptable in every thread you contribute to, not just this one. As I said earlier, the sad thing is that you're clearly intelligent and knowledgeable but just have no clue how, or desire to, interact with others in any way other than your unnecessarily combative style.
Ah well, can't please everyone I suppose. It does seem to me that you don't really have a lot of choice but to accept my style whether you like it or not.Do you see anything at all ironic about your second sentence?
Perhaps you should quote an actual example of the sort of thing you are talking about, so I can see what it is that irks you so much. Please leave the context in when (if) you do that. Otherwise, shut the fk up you jealous tt .

I avoid Newbury (doesn't everyone?).
But the next time you get annoyed that someone doesn't pull out when you think they can, think of me. I think my car is powered by rubber bands. I only bought the thing when my last car died a convincing death (head gasket, locks fell out, electrics stopped working, ran into by a 4 x 4, radiator kicked in by a horse).
I'll stop whinging now.
Buy me a car?

Well, there has to be some reason for your extraordinary outburst, it can't be based on reality. If it was, then you would need to address it to someone else. Seeing as you quoted part of an exchange between myself and another poster, have a read through that exchange, and then retract your ridiculous and unfounded statement which was made in an unnecessarily combative style. Then fetch your coat.

To be fair, and it's only my impression (right or wrong), you do come across as a right moany most of the time.ETA the c word there isn't meant as a direct insult to you, if you see what I mean. No offence intended (as much as one can get away with saying that when you've just called someone a ).
