If you have never been inside St Pauls cathedral, it's well worth a visit and is quite awe inspiring even if you aren't remotely religious. It's an incredible building considering how old it is:

Rest of it is amazing as well.
yes (it's the Pantheon in Rome for those who wanted to know)

Similarly, St Peter's. Ok, so it's stupidly ostentatious and a rather galling representation of the wealth of the Catholic Church, but it's still stunning.

Architecturally, one of the coolest buildings I've ever visited is the Milwaukee Art Museum, Wisconsin.

Looks like some sort of abstract bird/boat hybrid IMO - and the 'wings' go up and down.

Went to Moscow last year on business. Managed a tour of red-square and after seeing it in the news all of my life, I spent 30 minutes just staring at this building

I know it as "that building in Moscow", but to give it it's proper name: Cathedral of the Protection of Most Holy Theotokos on the Moat,
Temple of Basil the Blessed

The Shard, London. Not even finished yet and I already love it...

I'll be putting a deposit on a duplex flat just as soon as I win the lottery.
