I sincerely hope Jules comes out of this OK !
As for the rest of it
I can't really blame the BBC team for missing the accident, MB allways mentions it at every wet race, it obv still weighs heavy on his mind and is allways at the forfront of his thoughts at a wet race so he is primed to look for this type of thing, unfortunatly it makes him sound like the profit of doom in this case but TBH this is what makes him the best commentator for the job and partly why i pay the extra to watch Sky, if you have the best team can you really complain that the "B"bc team arn't as good ? of course they are not as good they are the B team after all.
It was a good race and a real spectical before the accident, i was enjoying the whole thing, worrying about the weather, safety car, red flag, stopping in the pits, SC re-start, great overtaking ect ect and i think it would have been conciderd a classic race had it gone the distance but it didn't and we now all sit fingers crossed for Jules, even the usuall arguing the toss for the sake of it has been toned down on PH, a very somber day indeed, Keep fighting Jules.

Guy paid £15k to a finance company without even viewing the car
sound very much like a scam, be very careful what you do now
I suspect he paid with a stolen check or some other fraudulent method and is waiting now to see if it gets discovered before completing
The interesting thing here would be who ends up being scammed, you or the finance company, i guess they still could have a claim on the car, which would effect the current owner, so perhaps the scam is to temporarily clear the finance, so they can sell it to someone else before it all catches up

My MG lives outside and doesn't get much winter use. It's not scorned. Rhe discs suffer from lomg periods of inactivity, getting rust and I had a caliber stick.

On a totally separate rant, Metro needs to explain to its F1 correspondent that "broke" is the past tense of break (as in breaking an object) and "braked" is the past tense of brake (the action of slowing a car by using the breaks). It's depressing that journalists, who earn their living from words, can't get it right.
