If that was a pedestrian crossing then some skulls need to be cracked together, you don't place a gully where someone with high heals or buggy / wheelchair wheels could get stuck.
Also, I used to work for a local authority in transportation, and back then you could legally block someone out, but not block someone in. A recent incident led me to contact the same local authority who now issue tickets regardless.

This isn't a rant about other people parking outside my house. In fact it doesn't bother me at all but what I find odd is that my neighbours have no car so there is always a free space out side there house yet every Saturday morning family come to visit them and there kids and every time they park out side my house or other neighbours.
Right now there are 3 cars parked out side. Non of them are parked outside the house they are visiting. Is it just me that finds this very odd? When ever I go to friends or family I park out side the house I'm visiting if possible. Its almost like they go out of the way to avoid parking at the house there visiting.

I worked for a hotel chain and neither of the above will happen.
The housekeeping staff will rarely notice if a towel is missing and could most care even less. I have never known anyone be charged for one.
The bathe robes, however, are different......

This year we have decided not to pay for the tv license as we don't watch any programs on it, tv is being used just for dvd's .
We do have a active arial and there is a arial cable on floor which is not connected to tv. I am going to put some tape around the connection in case if inspector comes in.
I can't take the arial down as we are in rental property.

Karma strikes again!
I spotted it as I posted it. It was done on an iPad and I hate typing on those, though I don't think it was an auto correct, I just pressed too many 'A's.I left it in because I figured it'd look good in this very thread...
Typed on my iPad.
