Customers can’t comprehend credit card costs to the buisiness but if they go to a whole in the wall and are charged £1 to get “my fking money” out then it becomes a criminal activity in their eyes!

Thanks all. When cooking and glazing ahead of time, surely you miss out on the benefit of the glaze? I will defiantly boil it in advance, still need convincing to do the lot on Christmas eve though, the glaze is one of the best bits for me!

Cooking the turkey ahead of time seems a good idea, warming it back up in the gravy.

Very sad. Le Gavroche and The Waterside Inn are two of my most memorable restaurant experiences. Defiantly old-school (although the exact opposite when they launched) and all the better for it.

Not knowing the two restaurants, but was this quoted for being an example of the correct usage?

Yes, that sounds deliberate to me. Le Gavroche stayed true to its origins as fashions have come and gone.

really? Are you simply confusing not being a with the radical left?

Take the following (ridiculous) example.

I'd imagine i could find out who you were reasonably easily, i could find your friends, find your work collegues and start a completely unfounded rummour going round that your were a pedofile. I could make a huge banner with a picture of your face on it, and the words "PEDOFILE" underneath, and follow you around everywhere you went.

I suspect, pretty soon, you would want to prevent that particular "freedom" of my speach, as it is entirely based on fiction. This is where "freedom of speech" diverges, because it is not a "no rules" perogative. i.e. If you abuse your right to free speech, you lose it. If someone acts to remove the freespeech because that speech is not truthful or is being used indescrimenantly (me calling your a Pedo remember) that does NOT make them a lefty liberal.

If this clear enough for you ?

I don't think they have actual evidence that it actually originated from the market.

They know it is 100% bat derived and the theory it involved it jumping from a bat to pangolin or vice versa, then to a human that eat it.
