By the time I've actually got to work, had a cup of tea, chatted with colleagues etc it's pretty much lunchtime. After my afternoon dump and browsing of favourite websites I've probably only got 2hrs to actually get any work done so a working week consists of 10 hrs. Because of the Christmas break, I'd say you probably have until the new year to make any payment to them.

I hope they have factored this in for you.
