I've ordered a selection from Lancashire Steam, which I'm looking forward to.
I was wondering if there are any decent savoury flavours and found this review of one - doesn't sound promising

Which ones have you gone for? I've gone through 5 odd ml today when usual consumption is 2-3... Have gone down a nicotine level though.I was wondering if there are any decent savoury flavours and found this review of one - doesn't sound promising

Not quite as complex as Snake Oil, but boiler watter is a lovely vape all day, with less of an aftertaste than SO.

I went for Dipstick, Apple Bobbin, Tart's Tipple, Boiler Watter and Little Moscow.
I have only tried Apple Bobbin and Boiler Watter out of that list but both I have re-ordered. Will be interested he hear what little Moscow is flavour wise as the description is a little vague
"Once the nick-name for our local town Nelson, this was because of the cold winds and the red local council. In the same way this juice is also cold and red, a few puffs will help you breathe more easily".
Well, I'm a bit disheartened with all the good reviews on the Lancashire Steam Co stuff, I ordered a batch of 12mg and a batch of 6mg. Stuck the 12mg of Boiler Water into my Atlantis, bloody stuff tore my throat to shreds and resulted in a coughing fit. Kept at it during the day, but it was just too harsh. Tried Apple Bobbin the next day, same problem. Figured it could be the higher nicotine level, so tried the 6mg Boiler Water with a fresh coil, same problem. I've worked my way through 9 coils in 5 days trying all the flavours, they're just too harsh on my throat. Smell lovely though!
Wanted a change and a bit more variety from my VapeMunki stuff, which is glass smooth to vape at 12mg on 70% VG on my Atlantis, but looks like I'll just have to stick with what I know. £70 down the can as well!!

Started vaping on Wednesday just gone. It got to about lunch-time and I was down to my last 2 cigs and with it being pay-day I decided to do what I'd been promising myself for ages and instead of paying £8 for a pack of cigs, go and get a vaporizer.
Got myself an Innokin CLK with some spare atmoizers and a load of liquid, enough to keep me going for about 6 months apparently.
Spent £75 in total on everything but so far so good, not touched a cig since!

That's a shame. I usually vape 100% VG but don't mind the 70VG/30PG mix. Perhaps they are just not suited to sub ohm tanks, have you tried them in anything else? I just use them in a mini Nautilus with a BVC coil at 1.8 ohm 8.0w/3.8vCotty said:
That's a lot for a starter kit, hope it works out for you.
I went a bit nuts and bought loads of spares and liquids with the idea that if I spent a decent wad I'd be more inclined to stick to it. Fingers crossed it works, the big test will be when I'm out on the beer as that's when I crave a smoke the most!

One thing I would say is if you have a cigarette don't treat it as a failure. Lots of people smoke and vape all the time, they use it as a way to cut down on the real cigs they smoke. It was my intention to use vaping as a way of cutting down on the number of cigarettes I smoked, I never intended to stop smoking its just I preferred vaping. Fingers crossed it works, the big test will be when I'm out on the beer as that's when I crave a smoke the most!
I probably smoked 4 cigarette in the week I started vaping. I thought I was missing something, when I lit a cigarette it tasted crap.
I have taken the next step, for me it is all about the habit.
Today I changed from a standard Kanger / E-cig that looked like a large black cigarette to a iStick battery and a bigger tank.
I suppose for me it looks nothing like a ciggy now and a bit nearer to quitting for good.
I have not had a real smoke since 17th November when I picked up the original e-cig I have just changed so hopefully I am doing something right.

Lovely bits of kit - Pauly does some great photos. Hadn't heard of the Gizmo until a few weeks ago, but the new one has seriously piqued my interest, especially the one that takes 23mm atties; my Lemo drop is 23mm and I love it, but you are getting close to rDNA40/SX mini territory when you factor in buying a supply of 18500's for it.That form factor though...
