Just looking at ordering some of this to give it a go.... Would you suggest extra or double flavour?
Also what ratio? I was thinking 40/60 (slightly higher VG) as I'm used to high VG juices
Sorry for late reply! I just go for normal.
1st Impressions are......... its F*$KING awful! I wouldn't say berry at all. So far, I would say a grotty pineapple taste with menthol. Will stick with it for a bit and let it steep & see if it improves....
Otherwise its £17 down the pan

Oh dear sorry about that..I tried every liquid under the sun and settled on it!

I suppose everyone's tastes are different. Last time I'll make a recommendation I think..

18650 batteries.

What are you all currently using? Do you prioritise capacity over amperage or go for a compromise on the two? Some info on your usage profile (sub ohm / MTL / heavy cloud chaser) would be useful too.

I'm using E-Fest 3500mAh batteries with all of my kit. I only vape sub ohm. These batteries seems to last well both in charge and number of cycles.

For batteries, I only ever buy from Torchy as there are lots of fake or rewrapped batteries out there these days . http://www.torchythebatteryboy.com/p/18650-batteri...

I use Sony VTC6 batteries. Get around 2 days battery life on my Minikin V2 with an Aromamizer Supreme at 50w.

Thanks for the responses. I'm looking at importing large quantities into the UK so it's useful to know which attributes users find desirable.

Good luck, I've read a couple of pieces recently about suggested new restrictions on batteries, travelling and importing...

Rules are tightening, however they cannot restrict importation completely - too many industrial uses for 18650 and there's no hope of a UK manufacturing facility being either legal or profitable.

There will still be a way, however costs may increase.

I only use Fogstar for batteries; I use Samsung 25R's in all my kit.

I've been using Samsung 30q and LG HG2 in my Smok Alien, not really into mega wattage or low ohm use so tend to build my coils between 0.9 - 1.4ohms usually. I get a good day and half out of these. But something like the tfv8 can drain them in 3 hours easily. Not really a fan of that tank, OK for now and again but gulps the juice down and leaks like crazy.

I bought mine here but they could be cheaper elsewhere?

Some handy info here

How are the 25R's compared to 30q/hg2 Steve? I was going to go for Sony vtc6 for the Therion when I get it.

I run my mechs at 0.2 so the 25Rs are a safer bet for amp draw than 30q. You get less run time due to the lower mAh capacity but they are a fair bit cheaper than 30qs and charge quicker, I don't mind swapping batteries out. I was going to buy VTC6s last time around but stuck with 25R, think I'll go VTC6 next time and keep the 25Rs for my mechs.

Manabush are clearing out non-TPD compliant stock in preparation for the TPD bks coming in. £2.99/10ml and £7.99/30ml whilst stocks last across the three ranges http://www.manabush.com/store/index.php?route=prod...

Create an account, be logged in and enter code POTV12 for a further 12.5% off - covers the postage. I went for Rhubarb Tarte in the Bunkr range and Two Arrows in the spiritwalker range. Nom, nom, nom smile

Some advice please.
I have today purchased a Smok G80 kit fro a local shop.
I'm not new to vaping and have been vaping on and, mainly, off since the days of Skycigs.
Anyway back to the Smok, I have it set to 24 Watts using the 0.6 ohm atomiser and the other setting set to normal.
The juice is 70/30 vg/pg.
The mouthpiece gets bloody hot.
Am I drawing to heavily?
I realise I probably should have done some research, but trusted in the shop assistant, who was in hindsight bloody clueless (she didn't tell me I needed a battery and let me go home without one)
Finally what is the best way to adjust it Watts or temp. I'm guessing Watts and the manual takes chinglish to a new level.
Thanks

I think I've solved the hot mouthpiece. Not drawing hard enough. I noticed a lot of popping and crackling. Drew harder next time and it's now fine.
A totally alien way of inhaling to me.

Squonk news:

Therion BF has been having a few minor issues where all of a sudden it'll read the resistance at more than double the coils actual resistance. Sorted by unscrewing the atty and getting it to reset.

Also, hadaly clone turned up yesterday. Those coil clamps are a fking stupid design, chamfered to actually spit the wire out from under them as you tighten! Got there in the end, but what a pain.

So now running a single ss316 Clapton at approx 0.4 ohms, 30W and 200C temp limit.

My word it's bloody lovely. Drip tip is a tad short, but flavour and vapour production is superb, and airflow is perfect for me. Also, zero 'overfills' which was quite easy with the stock Therion atty with the 'chimney' airvents.

Really, really chuffed. Well worth the 25 quid and should have done it months ago.

Looks better too:

Edit: bd phone upload. Could at least have inverted it properly seeing as I've got the Aussie qualifying on!

Oh, and also ordered a couple of LG hg2 batteries from provapes - then saw on that chart there's a lot of fakes around...

Think they'll be OK? Especially at the settings I'm running?

I wouldn't be running a suspected fake battery at any setting. I'd contact them and ask for confirmation. And if not, get onto Torchy.
