To save trawling back through 120 pages has anyone ever ordered from onepoundeliquids.com?
I just have. A fiver for 40ml and shipping... Why not give it a go? I'll report back.
I'm also getting a bit fed up lung inhaling and would like to mouth to lung for a change, any suggestions for a tank?

If you want to spend some more money (Or only £10 for a clone from Fasttech!!) the Kabuki uses the same coils but has a really great airflow set up and looks a lot cleaner
https://www.cremedevape.com/510-P3-Kabuki-Tank-by-...
It really is outrageously expensive though

Off to check fasttech now.

I wouldn't bother, I had exactly the same thought process, spent about a tenner, and I'd say only used about two of the bottles. The vanilla custard was horrible, it just tasted of egg! I just have. A fiver for 40ml and shipping... Why not give it a go? I'll report back.

equally, a quid to try a new flavour is hardly the end of the world compared to what some other places charge...J8 SVG said:
Crown V2 was going cheap on gearbest due to the impending V3 so I ordered one and it's waiting at the Post Office right now, bought it so that I don't have to drip all day at festivals and events this summer, I'll let you know how I get on with it! biggest concern is that my DNA75 device isn't going to have enough power despite running on 26650 batteries.. new dual 18650 might have to happen...
DNAvapes have some nice mods going cheap at the moment, I picked up a ipv6x for £28 postedhttps://www.dnavapes.com/collections/variable-volt...
Sounds like they've got both the earlier versions and the newer for sale but it's pot luck what you get. Mines v1.5 so has the problems sorted
https://www.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comm...
Feels better quality than my Alien (my up buttons stuck on this already!!) haven't tried any TC builds yet but vapes better than the Alien in wattage mode.

I really like those except for the fact the 510 is in the middle of the mod - there's no way I could deal with that! Why didn't they put it closer to the edge (Preferably the button side)? https://www.dnavapes.com/collections/variable-volt...

Why is it that some juices are perfect for me and a lot of others taste so dry?
I use Zeus Juice mostly and once I put it in the tank and it's primed, the taste is lovely but yet when I put in something like a tropical juice from Simple Vape co, it tastes as dry as anything and has no real flavour. I've tried loads of liquids and it always seems to be the same with some liquids.

I'm loving it Try one it's really good, fits nice in the hand and easy to use, can also fit a 24mm tank/dripper on here now Was shopping for some replacement coils for my Kanger subtank and noticed a Wismec Amor on sale.
Give as it comes with 4 coils and was £5 I thought I'd give it a punt and try out a new tank:
Linky if anyone is interested. https://www.theelectroniccigarette.co.uk/clearance...

Anyone got any recommendations for a rig to replace my ageing Kanger Subbox kit?
I don't want to spend much more than £50 not including batteries. I'd like to upgrade to a dripper type configuration as I think they're less wasteful - but I'd like to be able to still use my old Kanger tank for when I am on the move/out and about and don't want the hassle of dripping.
I think one of the most important things for this new bit of kit is that it can produce fairly copious amounts of vapour but that the vapour be as cool as possible. I seem to employ a combination style of MTL and Direct to Lung. The juices I use (I've recently discovered the Manabush range, which are tobacco-based with accents of maple, chocolate, nuts, biscuit etc) have the best flavour at lower temps. I only vape 3mg juice and like to get a decent amount of vapour but I wouldn't say I was a dedicated cloud chaser per se.
My friend has been trying to get me to purchase a Goon RDA (not sure what the mod is called) but I find that it's a bit too fierce for me and seems to want to throw more at me than I have lung capacity for. In terms of form factor I don't want anything much bigger than what I have now.

And a Sigelei 75w TC for $9.99! I ordered one and including 7-15 day shipping and Paypal's shiity exchange rate, it came out at £14.48 https://www.efun.top/sigelei-75w-box-mod-temperatu...
Did anybody else go for this? It's a cracking bit of kit!! Well, it seems my Kanger Mini (bottom fill) is starting to give up the ghost as I'm getting variable ohms readings when in use and it's slightly annoying to say the least. A quick Google shows that it seems to be a regular-ish problem, so am looking for a new replacement tank. I have thought about the Kanger Mini topfill, but since I've had this for 2 years now, I feel like a bit of a change.
My current usage is about 4-5ml a day and like to make my own coils, so if it has a RBA that's also a bonus, but it also seems things have come on in the past couple of years with temp control and Clapton coils Mod is Cool Fire IV plus.
What recommendations would you suggest? I've seen mention of the ucrown, but also complaints about leaking with them too.

I've got no complaints with the Uwell Crown but your cool fire will struggle with it - needs 50W at the very least with 60-80 being the optimum for the tank I'd sayMy current usage is about 4-5ml a day and like to make my own coils, so if it has a RBA that's also a bonus, but it also seems things have come on in the past couple of years with temp control and Clapton coils Mod is Cool Fire IV plus.

It also doesn't come with an RBA deck
Why not go for something that is a dedicated RTA? No option for pre-built coils when you are feeling lazy though..

This is the one most people are raving about at the moment - dripper-like flavour and good airflow
I've just ordered a Kylin today as well coming from an Aspire Cleito. I've grown tired of buying packs of coils that don't seem to last very long on the sweet juices I like to vape. I have never built before so I think it's going to be a lot of trial and error to get it vaping right. I have ordered some of these as well, hopefully they work with it! I need to watch some coil building videos I think -

Those coils wont be ideal but they will work
What power does your mod max out at? Ideally you'd use a pair of fused claptons coming out at about 0.2ohms at around 60-70W, should give a nice smooth vape
You also need LOTS of cotton for this RTA so an inner diameter of 3mm would be ideal otherwise it's gonna leak lots - if you don't feel like you've stuffed too much cotton into the juice well you haven't put enough in

Yeah I spoke to the guy in the shop I go to and he said that they are not really intended for the Kylin. I bought some coils from there and comparing them to the ones I got from ebay they are much thicker and the wound section of the coil itself has a larger diameter. They are 0.5ohm but for some reason my mod auto-detects the resistance and is running at 0.3ohm. I didn't set them up on a meter as I don't have one but with the help of some videos I seem to have it running reasonably well. I'll take it with me next time I'm at the shop and see what they think of the build. What power does your mod max out at? One thing I am noticing though coming from a sub ohm tank is there is a lot more lag compared to my cleito, that's the only thing I can think to call it. What I mean is when I fire my mod, it takes longer for the vapour to generate if that makes sense. With the cleito I can hold it for maybe half a second and get a decent hit from it whereas with the Kylin I am having to hold the button for 1-1.5 seconds to generate a similar amount of vapour. I guess it is because the mod is having to heat up 2 coils and the coils themselves have a longer uncoiled length than the wire in the cleito coils, again I hope that makes some sense! That means that I am already noticing reduced battery life but I guess I could try running it with a single coil and in theory that might help reduce the "lag" and in turn help with the battery life. I'd be interested to see how it vapes with one coil so might try that when the dual coils I have in there burn out.
My mod is a Smoant Battlestar, it's good for 200W but I don't go anywhere near that to conserve battery life, the only reason I got it is because it is dual battery so longer battery life and I like the shape of the design. I'm vaping on the Kylin at around 50W-65W, depending on how much of a hit I want and battery life. I'm also using cotton bacon that I got from my shop and on my first build I maybe went a bit too conservative with the cotton and was getting some leakage. Changed them today and it is definitely leaking less but I think the condensation does contribute to the moisture around the tank on top of the mod. I also changed to the 2ml tank from the 6ml on the first build because I have read that can help with leaking too. Pretty happy with it so far, I'll see how long the coils last because the main reason I wanted to get an RTA is to stop having to buy expensive Cleito coils so frequently as they don't seem to last very long on the sweet juices I vape. Sorry for the essay!

Dual coils actually heat faster than singles, like for like, as it halves the resistance - that's why your two 0,5ohm coils are coming out at 0.3 (should be 0.25 but the coils could be 0.6) Same as if you put 4 coils in, it quarters the resistance as the electricity has more places to go. The slow ramp up time will be because you have heavy clapton coils in that takes longer to heat, more power can reduce the ramp but will increase heat of the vape, battery life and juice consumption. RTA coils last indefinitely but the wicks don't; change your wicks once or twice a week and dry burn the coil to burn any crap of it, then rewick as normal. I've got coils in atties that are 6+ months old. What power are you using with those coils? I'd be expecting roughly 60W for a 0.3ohm build in an RTA although if there is enough airflow it should be able to cope with 70W and that will really reduce the ramp up time (Lag) One thing I am noticing though coming from a sub ohm tank is there is a lot more lag compared to my cleito, that's the only thing I can think to call it. Battery life is just something I've learnt to deal with by carrying spare batteries in a plastic case with me - My girlfriend uses a single battery mod at 50W and that can drain a battery in a few hours if she's smashing it!
