Tank was delivered on sat morning, So far so good! Been used a decent amount with non of the issues i experience with the Baby beast. Thanks for the recommendation!

Wouldn't say its a drawback, probably because i was use to the baby beast, but the drip tip on the Trillium is on the small side, not I.D, but in length...if that makes sense. But getting used to it, and not a show stopper!

Looking forward to trying the different types of coils for it!
The beauty of drip tips is they all (most of them) use a universal standard of 510 or 810 - the Trillium uses a 510 fitment tip and you can buy loads on the sftermarket have a look at Vince's tips if you are on FB or https://www.driptipsbybig.co.uk/product-category/h... if not

Some of my aftermarket ones I had to hand:

What's your budget? Have a look at Minikin for well made mods but not the cheapest
Dont really have a set budget so dont mind paying for a good product...

Ive never vaped about 60 W - normally on the baby beast i was around the 35w mark...

Just want somthing not too big but dont have to charge every day either..
If battery life is a concern then Minikin as suggested has about the best battery life on the market and are fairly compact. Sadly the size of mods is governed by the type of batteries we use to vape, so most modern mods are of a similar size whether that be single, double, triple or more cell devices.

That is the one Dai smile Not sure how it fairs against the v1.5 but most people prefer the OG?

Had a quick look and can only find 1.0, 0.5, and 0.15 for temp control http://myepack.co.uk/kanger-clocc-coil-head.html

What's everyone's favourite plus ohm tank? I've been using an Aspire Nautilus for a while, but I'm getting disappointed with the variable vaping results and life of the coils.

Have you tried these coils in it? They're pretty good

I bought one of these though as I had the same issue https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10044009/94370...

Slap a very simple 24g Ni80 (or 26g Kanthal) coil in and a small amount of cotton, super cheap and very reliable

Thanks!

I've taken a look around and I'm now puzzled.

It seems that CLOCC stands for child lock organic cotton coil. These are available in nichrome, stainless steel, or nickel wire varieties.
They're available in the different resistances on lots of sites but I've been unable to find any mention of the word 'clapton'.

My tank has a child lock insofar as the top has to be pushed down to be unscrewed but I don't see how a coil can have a child lock.
And is the wire clapton type of am I missing something.

Yours, confused of Cumbria.

I was using a Kayfun 5 but a little peer pressure led me to get hold of a Vandy Vape Berserker - its got a tighter draw than the kayfun (even with the MTL kit)
its a well priced bit of kit. especially matched with Nic Salt juice.

Tricked out my Pulse a bit!

Black bottle & VPDam 528 drip tip smile

Also picked up a Vandy Vape 30ml refill bottle, sick of getting juice everywhere filling up. Works a treat smile

Also massive thanks to stevoknevo for lending me a few bits to try out. Goon dripper (brilliant) Bonza dripper (get one!!!!!) mega smooth. And MCM Underground series mod. Really nice bit of kit this. Any Noisy Cricket fans here? Nice upgrade to that. Hybrid series mod.....first time I’ve used a hybrid mod, got the Fat Daddy 510 on the NC for a little extra safety. This is very very lairy!!!!!

Don’t pump the wattage up much with these, they’re great but can die pretty quickly. Had some in the triton mini. I think 17-18w was the sweet spot for me, any higher and all mine burnt

I'm after an advice of learned vaping aficionados of PH.

I'm after dual 18650/20700 mod box. I was really pleased with smok alien 220 kit (i believe that was the name) but the peeling of paint was annoying and the unit just stopped working.

I bought some cheap Movkin Disguiser, but I don't find the form very comfortable.

I do like the look of IJOY Captain PD270, any experience of them?

Thanks.

I'm not convinced that the 20700 battery technology is any better than current 18650 batteries that are readily available? I have one of these mods, a Joyetech Primo 2.0 and it's been a cracking mod so far; available here for $21 including tank! https://www.healthcabin.net/joyetech-evic-primo-20... Be aware it's Chinese new year and the country grinds to a halt for two weeks from today wink
