You really can't fault the artist's technical ability, but for what reason would you want it on your back? It isn't even a good conversation starter as you'd have to be facing the other way for someone to see it

The quality of tattoos is pretty crazy, stick 'back tattoo' into Google Image Search and you'll see plenty that are there or there abouts similar in quality to this one.
An awful lot of the pictures you see will be photoshopped to get the colours more vivid or stick the contrast up, but they really are works of art.
@tattooedtruthfairy on Instagram has a lot of tattoos before/after photoshop to see what they're doing.
