Because she's clearly as mad as a hatter and needs saving before she does herself some real harm.
A good tattooist would only tattoo a face of an already heavily tattooed individual, same with hands. I'm fairly heavily tattooed and have been seeing the same couple of artists for years. I very much doubt either would agree to tattoo my face.

Unfortunately not all artists are artists. There are many scratchers out there happy to do whatever the paying customer asks on a whim. A good tattooist will be booked ahead for many months, which you'd hope, even if they agreed to do it, would give someone wanting a huge face tattoo a bit of thinking space before deciding to have something stupid.

As much as I agree that this girl has some serious issues, you'd also have to agree it's her choice. You would just have to hope that tattooists are ethical and many are not.

It looks like it has been in the pub all afternoon so has quite a load on, has been thinking what's wrong about society and is five minutes into telling you how someone should fix it...

I’m not long back from collecting my wife from a night out at a heavy metal concert.

A new one on me, you can now buy fake sleeve tattoos that are like the sleeve of a jumper but skin coloured with a tat pattern. From a distance they look almost real.

She hoped I’d fall for it, I didn’t. She intends to wear it into the ward to see if anyone else does.

She tried to fool me with a fake nose piercing 30 years ago, I don’t forget these things.

Lol, you saw them before they became fashionable?

I’m obviously not down with the kids then. I’m comfortable with that.

Don’t rub it in, I’m already feeling like I’m 90.

Interesting that the fellow on the left put a warning label around the top of his pants for the police when he gets strip searched on his next arrest. Thankyou for your service officer, I won't to it again etcetera.....
