Used them a couple of times - no problems apart from they took a bit longer than advertised.

Annoyed

Bought and paid for a set of wheels in South Wales. Arranged on Monday for the wheels to be collected today, as the helpful seller was working from home.

All day he waits in, and nobody showed to collect them.

Thanks a lot

Used them 3 weeks ago for a set of wheels from Chelmsford to Aberdeen, couldn't fault them. They do appear to be a bit hit and miss though.

Used them for the past three years without issues.

They did manage to lose on wheel recently but found it (plus scratches the face) and delivered it two days later. Somewhat annoying given a) they were clearly marked one of four, two of four etc and b) who the fook delivers three wheels and doesn't think "Hang on, I'll recheck that".

They did (or should I say the carrier they contracted the delivery to) find said awaol wheel but weren't willing to listen the the damage - I suspect the cardboard I'd covered the face with and wrapped up mega spec had been removed to identify the wheel and it looked like the wheel has been dropped on it's face, plus the centre cap was broken.

They did refund the costs but it's made me a bit more wary about sending four wheels individually. Set before that were stacked up and wrapped up in black film then ratchet strapped. Granted it weighed about a ton but least they all arrived at the same time!

I'd happily use them again, ste happens... they sorted it... move on / get over it etc.

I've used them a couple of times and all has been absolutely fine. And they were cheap (which did ring warning bells with me but, being a tight arse, I went for them anyway).

Apparently the TNT driver couldn't access the chaps road yesterday, seems unlikely as the chap had a separate unrelated delivery from TNT earlier that day!

Collection rearranged with Paisley for today....called TNT to confirm and they've told me they're too busy to collect today so will do it Saturday morning instead.

So looks like the problem lies with TNT rather than Paisley. Now i have to wait a whole weekend, rather than spending all tomorrow cleaning them with a toothbrush!

I used Paisley to deliver some wheels I bought. They had ended without any bids on ebay, and I'd agreed a price with the seller that they'd package them etc and sent them all the stuff from Paisley saying how to package them.

After reading things about people being collection being refused, I was very surprised when the wheels turned up completely unpackaged, however they were unmarked so although I was annoyed I didn't actually have anything to complain about!

Next day, i wish.

TNT called on Saturday to say they couldn't find the road.

The same road they claimed they couldn't access Thursday

The same road they made a separate delivery to on Thursday

Think I am going to steer clear of Paisley and may use Direct Courier Solutions.

My elder brother uses them for his 993 alloy exchanges etc and has never had a problem. I didn't realise they sub out to TNT, who, despite my postcode directing them virtually into my living room it's so good, couldn't seem to find my house AT ALL when last delivering something to me. Took them 3 attempts, with typical 'our drivers don't have mobiles', and 'our driver doesn't have a sat nag' amongst the quite cretinous excuses. Imagine my horror then, on hoping for delivery of a nice set of Oz alloys for WRX, that I find out through this thread that TNT are charged with getting them here. The guy who sold them to me has gone to Ibiza for a fortnight, and the tracking page on Paisley Freight, after you've put the number in, says

Booking Reference: ***(*****

Agent Reference: Not Available

Order Date: Thursday 1 January 1970 at 1:00am

Job Status: N/A

I'd say it was unbelievable, but it's more like the norm these days.

Just whilst this thread has been bumped, I've had another good experience with them. No problems whatsoever.

No need to wrap - I just loop some parcel tape around at one point so the labels have something to stick to (tend to fall off tyres depending on rubber compound and cleanliness).

Sent quite a few tyres, found interparcel cheaper for individual ones.
Same loop parcel tape around about 2/3rds

Is their tracking system horrible? My wheels are supposed to be delivered today, but is still just shows accepted since yesterday. They could not find the guys house I bought them from so that delayed it a day also.
