At least he turned up - I spent all day today at home waiting for UPS to deliver a parcel (between 9am & 7pm is apparently their window). Nothing. At 7.30pm I get an email saying they forgot to put it on the van & they'll deliver tomorrow. Well that's okay then, I'll just take another bloody day off work!
Can't you get it delivered to work?

Not sure security would be happy to sign for a gimp mask and industrial quantities of baby oil.

Send them the bill for the day off work that you missed the first time.

Well it'll be collect+ in the dog house for it wink

Royal mail special delivery from memory is more expensive - collect+ send jiffy back for 3.95 and packages upto 5kg for £5.

Shame they feed them to dogs!

How very dare you, it's a deepsea diver's suit with the arse cut out and ten gallons of vanilla custard.

I detailed my experience with Yodel on here a few months ago. Useless.

They were to deliver a parcel to an address in London. They claimed they 'couldn't find it'. So the second time around I provided them with enough information they could have found the location of Atlantis; I emailed detailed maps of the exact location, I sent them screenshots of the address from Google streetview, I gave them the website of the customers business, I gave them a list of businesses it was next door to, the names of the main roads that ran parallel to the street and the customers phone number so they could phone him if they still had trouble finding it. After a week the parcel was returned to me, again, claiming they couldn't find it. All attempts at obtaining a refund for failing to do the job they were contracted for proved futile.

Are Yodel the ones that used to be the Home Delivery Network, or are they a different pack of idiots? HDN are the reason I cancelled my Amazon Prime account grumpy
