An interesting thing to post on a public forum.
Really?

I have similar opposite me, he has had a single white line painted across the front of his house (covering more than just the driveway). I once parked outside his house for a couple of days, leaving plenty of space for him to get out of the driveway. Couple of days later he was banging on the door, saying I'd blocked access to his house and that he'd called the police. I should point out that his car was left engine running in the street, he'd got the car out of the drive fine. He also left a note on the windscreen say that parking on his white line was illegal according to section xx of the highway code (not the road traffic act and the xx referring to merging on dual carriageways).

The drains on my side of the street blocked a while back. Being on the lower side of the road his drive/garden filled with sewage...

Karma is a great thing.

Perhaps that makes it clearer. If not, try reading your comment in a Jimmy Saville voice. smile

I don't know if it's just the angle of the photo, but that van parked on the pavement looks ripe for just flipping over onto it's side. Get a big telegraph pole or something and use the wall as a fulcrum, then whoop, over she goes.

Bum his dog.

If he doesn't own a dog buy him one. Then bum it.

It's the only way it'll work.
I thought this might be the funniest thing I've read since Douglas Adams, and then I read the thread further.

Paint E.T. on his garage door, but get disturbed and run away before you can finish the eyes.

Get some grass seed and wait until he's out,

Then write 'knob' on his lawn. It'll take a couple of weeks to come out and will be guaranteed to be a different colour/type of green than what exists on his lawn at the moment.

No amount of cutting grass will remove it smile

just let him think you have.

look under his van ,but make sure he sees you do it. (just look)

he will be paranoid you have done something.

mental stress is far more effective.....

Although they are no doubt well pissed off with boo didley or whoever keep calling them just think yourself lucky that you have a police force that takes an interest, round my way (SE London) they wont even come out unless a major crime has been committed and if you try and report something that is happening they just say "oh well no crime has taken place yet so we can't do anything"

This is the bit I don't get. Why are the police turning up repeatedly for non crimes? Surely you can't call them up and say "there's kids playing in the street" and have them roll up to deal with it. Deal with what?

yikes

What the hell did his dog do to deserve that, if he has one.

But if you do choose this option, skin up, he may have been there too............

yuck
