I was walking down the Kings road around 1993 one Saturday with a load of mates looking for Lucky Spin Records when a spatially unaware Naomi Campbell came barging into me spilling my McDonalds crap shape largely over me but slightly over her.

She went properly crazy mental at me. I've enjoyed the revelations since that she actually is a total bh, she's a horrible woman.

I would have chucked the remaining milkshake over her if she started having a go at me.

I've got the same birthday as Jason Plato.

I remember being at his first touring car race and reading up his facts, saw we shared a birthday and he immediately became my favourite touring car driver.

I stood behind Alan Shearer at a boarding gate at Malaga airport once.

Some kid walked up and said, "Can I have your autograph please"?

I asked him who it was for and he said, "No, I meant him".

Fussy little sod.

I sat opposite Ben Elton on the train once. And my great great great grandmother was Elizabeth Fry.

Want my autograph?

Changed the battery in Terry Waite's Casio watch shortly before he was held hostage in the Lebanon.
Got a black eye courtesy of Caprice.
My neighbour's cousin plays in goal for Real Madrid and Spain.
Craig Fairbrass goes to the same gym as me.
I sold the late Kenneth Williams a watch in 1986. The week later I sold Fergal Sharkey a ring.
Had Brian Lara and F.W. De Klerk in the showroom on the same day.
Asked the Duchess of Kent for directions as she was getting out of her car in Notting Hill, only recognising her as she pointed me in the right direction.

Tenuous enough?

I once almost got knocked off my bike by a member of Donald Trump's security convoy blocking my overtake when I was attempting to give "The Donald" the finger in person.

I once cleaned Theo Snelder's boots, and shared a fish supper with Willie Miller.

My future wife's gay friend held a party in stoke during the 90s where his guest Matthew Paris stood in his front room barefoot in a child's paddling pool full of water.

Played tennis with Kriss Akabusi and his daughter on my lunch break when I worked at David Lloyd. He drove a boring BMW 316...

Also sat with Geoff Capes and Michael Greco to enjoy a VIP meal at Santa Pod, weird but alright blokes.

You should tell him.

He can often be found here:

Remember, he doesn't give a st about all that BTCC nonsense but he'll happily chat away about his car reviews.
