Some years ago I saw Rod Stewart driving on the M25. Gave him a beep/wave and he nodded/smiled back.he was driving a ferrari F50 with the roof off. epic rock star moment.
Also saw the three Gibb Brothers in a Bentley or Roller type car driving out of some big house near Oxford back in the 80's. Barry was driving.

In the version of events I have edited in my mind over the 10 years since it happened, I think we had a "moment" and will each forever wonder what would have happened if we had stopped and had a chat. I could tell she was into me.. 
Did you quickly grab the coffee cup before it hit the ground? Dies hard.

My mam has had a pint with the bloke who played Darth Vader (in the suit, not the voice).

Ooh, just remembered this one. I once saw Al Murray at the cafe in the Baltic in Newcastle. I had a pastrami bagel, not sure what he had. Gallery was crap.

I had a passenger ride in that very car before its previous owner sold it to Rod.

I sold hundreds of pairs of glasses to people on Chiswick High Road over 30 years.Therefore it stands to reason I have a connection to both her and you! Double connection!
