Things that annoy you beyond reason...? [Vol 3]
Discussion
Things that annoy you beyond reason?
I'm doing a lot of work on this subject as part of my business.
An interesting subject that appears mainly to be based on your nurturing.
Beliefs and values cause "Triggers" in us, which unless checked cause us to react.
Those reactions when analysed can lead us to question why we felt that way and why our reaction was "beyond reason"!

2) those massive knobend motor boats that suddenly get called yachts after a certain size. no grace like a beautiful masted craft.
3) useless apps where you end up going on the websites because of useless functionality.
4) daft reviews about hotels. ummmed and arrred about a hotel after bad reviews ( stuff like " the crickets were noisy"). but everwhere sold out so went anyway. its fking mega.

Film voice overs when they say "Only in cinemas"
Damn and I wanted to watch The Man fro U.N.C.L.E in my local butchers. So I have to go to a cinema instead. I see where I've been going wrong.

Cinemas - that reminds me, although it may have been mentioned previously: American mispronunciations. Annoying but only beyond reason.
It's route not rowt, thorough not thurrow, missile not missal, nuclear not nucular, laboratory not labratory, futile not fyutle and presentation not preezentation.

The fact that some TV channels really crank up the volume for the adverts. And I don't just mean a little, but to almost deafening levels.
It's particularly bad if you have dozed off in front of the telly and are woken with a start by it.
Yes this ^^ Although when not snoozing I just hit the mute button. It's particularly bad if you have dozed off in front of the telly and are woken with a start by it.
Cinemas also which play films at max volume, no need.

On the same topic, films which need to be turned up so the dialogue can be heard, and then there is some incidental music which is loud enough vibrate the windows.
I have a stupidly expensive home cinema system. I have had to crank up the centre channel to stand any chance of watching a "blockbuster" film. Dialogue that one can barely hear, then the room shakes when there is an explosion. Feckin hateful. I'm not sure why they think anyone likes this other than a tiny cabal of home cinema enthusiasts. I'm glad I'm not the only one,I thought I was going deaf I don't know if it's been mentioned but the thing that annoys me beyond reason is people who film video on their phones IN EFFING PORTRAIT MODE !!!!
