What I don't get, is how do you actually monetise what she does?

I know she writes a column in a paper, but can you make money off Twitter?
apparently some people make a very good living off twitter

So it's okay to be an evil bh if it pays well?

Thought we might see a different side of on Celeb BB, but we didn't.
Why exactly is she an evil bh though?

Her comments on obesity for example really hit a nerve and had loads of people in uproar saying that it was body shaming and such but she was bang right about it. Exactly the sort of st where people will say 'aw you're not fat, you're beautiful' to peoples faces and then call them a fat behind their backs.

The point I was trying to make is that some people defend her by saying she only says these things because it's how she earns a living and she isn't a bad person. I personally think doing it just for the money is worse than actually being a mean spirited cowbag.

Brilliant! So you'd rather we lived in a country where those with opposing views to your own are silenced (or killed)? Wow.
I read that as "She's BEEN starved of oxygen" which would go some way to explain the sub optimal performance of her brain. I don't want anyone killed. Given a real job, would be my punishment. They'd kill themselves if they had to do an honest days work and save us all the bother.

For someone you spend no time thinking about you certainly seem to have a lot to say about....

Whether you agree with her views or not, you need to realise that she is deliberately controversial because she makes money from being so. But I do think she believes in most, if not all of her statements. Listening to her on LBC, she spoke intelligently and eloquently on the subject, which is more than many on PH can manage.

Your views are typical of those of the self-righteous left who believe they know what is good for everyone and refuse to even debate with those who think differently. Calling the police in and shouting the "R" word sums up a lot of what is wrong with this country. As do your comments and those like them frown
Do you take everything so literally?

She seems to spend her time bashing people, running them down for any reason she can find, and making them feel st for no other reasons other than to be controversial and to raise her profile.
She raises a lot of points that I believe people are really thinking/concerned about
and I do in quite a few cases agree with what she says

Katie Hopkins barely registered on my radar till I read she was ripping into a Dhimmi-Islamophile Labour MP who raised the Pakistani Flag in Rochdale. Good on her I say. Given dozens of little girls have been raped by Pakistanis in said community I think it's rubbing salt into the wounds a tad, not to mention nauseatingly sycophantic.

She certainly divides me. On the one hand, I think some of her comments regarding obesity are more true than some would like to believe. Where she lets herself down is the sneering Daily Mailesque contempt of those that don't fit her own narrow-minded world view.

She is also a complete hypocrite (see the This Morning interview re children's names for evidence) and an attention we who is now the go to for TV execs who want an outspoken pundit.
As such, don't expect her to disappear any time soon.frown

quite disappointing - if the TV execs wanted someone to be a on camera I'd have happily volunteered my services at quite a saving over that rat-faced old trout

I'm not one to stick up for her - however (her disgraceful choice of words aside) there is the larger picture to consider. By us (the EU) accepting these poor unfortunates rather than dropping them back on the North African shores and then sinking their boats we are encouraging the real human cockroaches - the human traffickers.

As an aside Why are the majority of the people I see on the news male, and not just male but young and fit male?

I think she's gone too far this time - it's like she's turning into a parody of herself.

Puts Clarksons "Racist" musings into context though - Perhaps she should be banned completely.

She is saying what a lot of people are thinking - not her method though.

If a million such illegal & desperate migrants came to the UK , would that be acceptable? 10 million? 100 million - there are plenty out there.

WE need to get look after our own 1st (why is NHS is the main topic), and only then can we share the humanitarian plight with the rest of the world - based on population density or some such matrix
